近年来，越来越多的中国学生到美国马里兰州坎波岚市的BW学校来读高中。他们分散寄住在当地美国人家庭里，但他们的居住和学习条件常常因为这些家庭各方面的变化而不稳定。有了问题学校和寄宿家庭也没法跟家长沟通，因而不得不经常请当地在佛罗兹堡州立大学的有多年教学和指导中国学生经验的李洪起教授夫妇帮忙协调。经过数年的实践，学校校长和董事会研究决定将原来的教师宿舍改建成一个国际留学生中心，并邀请李洪起教授夫妇来监护管理。
所以，中美學墅是在BW学校校园开办的一所为国际学生(主要是中国学生)提供教授级的监护辅导、多途径学习条件、和优质食宿及宽敞活动场所的留学生中心。我们的目的是培养学生的自学能力、激发学生的学习兴趣、辅导帮助学生提高平时学习成绩(获得高GPA)、获得高考(SAT或ACT)高分、发掘培养学生在文体等方面的潜能和组织能力(上美国好大学所必需的条件)、 指导学生选择和考取最适合自己能力和兴趣的大学专业，从而使每个学生能充分实现自荐的人生价值。 同时，我们也将以我们的经验和优势帮助中国学生联系其它各种学校。 | Sinamericademy, LLC

In recent years, more and more Chinese students came to study at Bishop Walsh (BW) High School in Cumberland, Maryland. They are hosted in local families, but due to various reasons their lodging is not so stable, and their study is affected. Both the BW School and host families had troubles to communicate with the student parents, so they had to seek helps from Prof. Li and His wife, both teach at Frostburg State University. Through several years of practice, the school board and President decided and converted the teachers' house into this international student center, under the management of Prof. Li of Frostburg State University.
So, Sinamericademy, LLC is a service center on the campus of BW School, to provide international (mainly Chinese) students with professional guidance, various extracurricular opportunities and facilities, and comfortable lodging and excellent food services. Our mission is to cultivate students' self study ability, inspire their study interests, improve their GPA and SAT/ACT scores, develop their extracurricular talent and skills, advise them to apply for the best -fit majors in their desired colleges/universities, so that they can fully demonstrate their talent to thoroughly accomplish their life value. Also with our experience and advantages, Sinamericademy would like to help Chinese students to apply for other schools or institutes. |

Dr.
Hongqi Li: Graduated from The Ohio State University, Ph.D in Plant Biology; a
professor teaching at Frostburg State University. He helps to solve problems in
biology, coordinates with BW School, and guides in application for colleges. ·
Dr.
Stephen Luzader: Graduated from University of Wisconsin - Madison, Ph.D in Physics;
a professor teaching at Frostburg State University. He is specially invited to
tutor students in physics and mathematics. ·
Dr.
Wilson Kwuo: Graduated from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Ph.D in Biology,
and MBA. He also has honor or distinct Bachelor Degrees in Biology, Chemistry
and Japanese from University of Hawaii. Dr. Kwuo will be tutoring in biology
and chemistry and other areas if needs. ·
Ms.
Cindy Horn: Graduated from Pennsylvania State University, MBA. She also has
Bachelor degree in History from Juniata College. He had taught at Pennsylvania
State University, Allegany College in Maryland, and other institutes. She
